This Policy forms part of the Direct Seller compliance framework of Ehipassiko Ventures Private Limited and applies to every individual who applies for, holds or operates a Direct Seller account, Business Centre or Login ID on the Company platform.
Its purpose is to maintain a genuine one-person-one-business identity, prevent duplicate or proxy participation, protect the compensation system from manipulation, support tax and payout reconciliation, and safeguard the Company and its legitimate Direct Sellers from fraud, misuse and avoidable compliance risk.
For clarity, Indian tax law regulates the holding and use of PAN. The additional rule that one individual may hold only one Direct Seller ID with Ehipassiko Ventures Private Limited is a mandatory Company eligibility and compliance condition.
An individual may hold only ONE active Direct Seller ID / Business Centre / Login ID with Ehipassiko Ventures Private Limited. The Direct Seller ID must be linked to the individual's own valid PAN and verified identity.
The Direct Seller is solely responsible for ensuring that all PAN, identity, contact, tax and bank information supplied to the Company is genuine, accurate, current and lawfully usable by that Direct Seller.
The Company may, at registration or at any time during the relationship:
The Company is not required to disclose its internal fraud-detection logic, security controls, verification methodology, risk thresholds, audit procedures or other confidential compliance systems except where disclosure is required by applicable law or a competent authority.
Any attempt to obtain or operate more than one Direct Seller ID, use another person's PAN or bank account without lawful authorization, submit fabricated or misleading KYC information, conceal beneficial control, or otherwise circumvent this Policy constitutes a material compliance violation.
Where the Company identifies a possible duplicate, mismatch or circumvention, the concerned Direct Seller shall provide such clarification and supporting documents as the Company reasonably requires.
Failure to provide satisfactory verification may be treated as non-compliance.
A genuine clerical or registration error may, at the Company's discretion and subject to verification, be corrected without treating the matter as deliberate misconduct.
This discretion does not create a right to correction where the Company reasonably identifies fraud, manipulation or intentional circumvention.
To protect the integrity of the Company, its Direct Sellers, customers and compensation system, Ehipassiko Ventures Private Limited may take one or more of the following actions where this Policy is breached or reasonably suspected to have been breached:
Important: Protective suspension or verification is not by itself a final finding of wrongdoing.
However, where the conduct involves deliberate fraud, identity misuse, payment diversion, fabricated KYC or serious manipulation of the Company's compensation system, the Company may take immediate termination or delisting action to the extent permitted by law.
No amount displayed as pending, estimated, provisional or under verification shall be treated as finally payable merely because it appears in the Business Centre.
Commission and incentives become payable only after applicable KYC, transaction validation, compensation-plan conditions, returns/refunds, chargebacks, tax requirements and compliance checks are satisfied.
No commission or benefit shall be payable on activity attributable to a duplicate, fictitious, proxy, manipulated or otherwise invalid account or transaction.
Amounts already paid in respect of such activity may be adjusted or recovered to the extent permitted by law and contract.
PAN, bank and KYC information shall be processed for legitimate registration, identity verification, payout, taxation, fraud-prevention, compliance, dispute and legal purposes in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
Direct Sellers shall not access, copy, disclose or misuse another person's PAN, bank, KYC or account information.
This Policy forms part of the contractual framework governing participation as a Direct Seller.
By selecting the acceptance checkbox/button provided by the Company, completing or continuing Direct Seller registration after this Policy is presented, or continuing participation after a duly notified applicable version becomes effective, the Direct Seller confirms that the Policy has been read, understood and accepted, subject to applicable law.
The Company may retain electronic records of acceptance, including the applicable policy version, date and time, Direct Seller ID, verification/OTP event and relevant system records, and may rely upon such records for contractual, compliance and evidentiary purposes.
Ehipassiko Ventures Private Limited may amend this Policy prospectively for legal, regulatory, tax, security, technological, anti-fraud or legitimate business requirements.
Updated versions will be made available through the Company's prescribed platform or communication channel.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to operate.
Nothing in this Policy excludes any obligation or right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law.
I confirm that I have read, understood and agree to the One PAN - One Direct Seller ID policy of Ehipassiko Ventures Private Limited and agree to provide genuine, accurate and verifiable PAN, KYC and payout information and comply with all applicable Company policies and requirements.
